Who We Are

We are a group of focused IT Professionals who work to identify and implement opportunities for cost-effective IT solutions (products and services), meeting their current and future needs.  We seek to fulfill the following five goals in everything we do:

  1. STRATEGIC - Technology should work in parallel with the strategic goals of our clients. It should be a tool which assists them in meeting these goals faster and more efficiently than their competition.
  2. SUPPORTABLE - Products and solutions we implement should be easily serviceable. We use mainstream technology products and methodologies whenever possible.
  3. SCALABLE - We look to implement IT solutions that can scale as an organization grows.
  4. STANDARD - We use consistent standards in implementing technology for our clients.
  5. SIMPLE - We seek to reduce complexity for IT whenever possible … less is more!

The Forquer Group, Inc. is a technology-focused sales and services organization based in Erie, Pennsylvania.  The company was founded in 1995 by Russell Forquer: a former Sales Representative with IBM and Digital Equipment Corporation. Forquer founded the company after both companies closed their Erie offices leaving a customer service void in the NW PA region. The core principle he started the company with -“Listen to the customer” - still holds true today for The Forquer Group, Inc. and its 30+ company employees.
