History
During the 90's, there was a market downturn that eliminated the Erie offices of many technology companies, including IBM and Digital Equipment. Russell Forquer, founder of The Forquer Group, previously worked for 17 years at these two companies. Opportunity knocked. With the exit of local support, Forquer responded to fill this void and founded The Forquer Group in 1995.
Today, with partner Matthew Lechner, The Forquer Group, Inc. has grown to over 25 employees, and supports many Erie and regional organizations from its Erie, Pennsylvania headquarters. In fact, many of The Forquer Group employees have returned to their hometown, Erie.
