President
Russell J. Forquer
Russell Forquer has decades of experience in information technology. Prior to founding Forquer Group, Inc. in 1995 he was an account executive with Digital Equipment Company. At DEC he managed the GE Transportation and GE Lighting accounts. Mr. Forquer also worked for IBM Corporation as an Account Sales Executive and a Systems Engineer. He began his career as an application architect with GE Transportation. Mr. Forquer has B.S. in Mathematics from Gannon University and studied Computer Engineering at Case Western Reserve University.
He currently serves on the boards of St. Mary’s Home of Erie, The Site Center of Northwestern PA and the Gannon University’s National Alumni Board.
Managing Partner
Matthew B. Lechner
Mathew Lechner joined Forquer Group, Inc. in March of 1997. Prior to joining Forquer Group, Inc., Mr. Lechner was an Institutional Client Representative with Federated Investors in Pittsburgh, PA. Mr. Lechner is responsible for day-to-day operations of the company, as well as sales and marketing duties. Mr. Lechner is a graduate of Cathedral Preparatory School and earned a B.S.B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing at John Carroll University. Mr. Lechner is also a graduate of Leadership Erie and Erie Ambassadors. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Housing and Neighborhood Development Services (H.A.N.D.S.), the Board of Corporators at Saint Vincent Health Center and Development Board at the Inner-City Neighborhood Art House. He previously served on the Advisory Board of the Cathedral Preparatory School.
Administration Manager
Kimberly J. Sauer
Kim Sauer joined Forquer Group, Inc. in 1998. Ms. Sauer held finance and administrative positions at the Metairie Bank & Trust New Orleans, LA and Erie Paint Company. Ms. Sauer manages the financial and human resource functions within the business. She is a graduate Seneca High School.
